Justice Team combined AI-powered intake with Attorney Share to automate referral routing and tracking end to end.
They use the Direct Share API and My Referral Network in Attorney Share to send referrals directly from intake to their preferred attorney network. This same workflow also works without AI using human intake teams, existing case management systems, or the Attorney Share UI.
When a caller contacts Justice Team, the system decides in real time whether the case stays in house or routes to Justice Team’s private referral network in Attorney Share.
Attorney Share manages matching, delivery, acceptance, and ongoing case updates automatically. If no attorney in the private network matches the case, Attorney Share routes it to the public marketplace to find the right attorney.

- A voice AI agent captures case details. Calls containing specific keywords route immediately to a human intake specialist.
Decision Engine
- Justice Team’s routing rules determine whether the case stays in house or routes to Attorney Share.

- All other leads route to Attorney Share through the Direct Share API.

- Attorney Share routes the case to the correct attorney within Justice Team’s private referral network based on practice area, jurisdiction, and distribution rules.
Attorney Accepts Referral
- The receiving attorney accepts or declines the referral directly in Attorney Share.
- If no in-network attorney matches, the case posts automatically to the public marketplace.
Automated Case Tracking
- Case status updates sync automatically from the receiving attorney’s case management system.
